'Martinis and Mulligans' is a top of the line vacation home in The Hammocks, a prestigious "island style" neighborhood on the northern Outer Banks. The upscale vacation home features a private pool area (fenced, pool alarm available) and a hot tub for family fun as well as decks on both levels. There are outdoor speakers by the pool.

Located on the soundside within The Currituck Club in Corolla, 'Martinis and Mulligans' gives you access to five community pools, tennis courts, a fitness center, trolley service to the beach (in season) and more. This gated community is one of the most popular vacation destinations on the island and with good reason... family friendly, clean, private and yet still close to area attractions.

There are two master bedrooms. Other amenities include 5 TVs, 2 DVD players, 3 VCRs, a stereo with CD player and Internet access. Three of the TVs features Direct TV. A gas fireplace is available during the winter months. The laundry room is on the ground level and there are 2 washers and 2 dryers. No need to pack all the baby gear, the owners have provided a high chair, Pack'n'Play, stroller and booster seat.

Outside amenities: gas grill and shower. Garage.

Please be aware the Hot Tub will not be available for guest use after 10/18/09. The Hot Tub will re-open for guest use just before Easter 2010.

Policies: 'Martinis and Mulligans' does not permit smoking and pets are not permitted. Sunday check in day. Property ID is HK46.

Beds: 1 King, 2 Queens, 1 Pyramid Bunk with Trundle Bed. Sleeps 10 people. All the bed linens and towels are provided and the beds are made prior to check in. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and 1 half bath. Martinis and Mulligans has a Sunday check in day.
